810 years of IT experience through all phases of SDLC in enterprisewide application development projects (J2EE Based projects ABSOLUTE MUST) of which 5+ years should be in a leadership position 2+ years experience working in Agile Scrum environment, of which about 1 year should be as Scrum Master Experience with Portal technologies, preferably Oracle Portal Server Experience with Oracle including Oracle Applications Experience in Financial Domain Must have worked in a setting where multiple Scrum teams are working as part of a common program Must have worked in matrixed environment and have excellent conflict resolution skills Must have excellent communication skills
