Description
The role of this person has all three roles Project Manager, Program Manager, & Business Analyst. This person has to lead broadbased/cross functional changes to implement the operational aspects of new (or modified) service programs, with a focus on optimizing efficiency and increasing customer satisfaction. In a leadership role, PM will provide direction and work resources to the team as well as communicate, consult with and influence all levels of management both within BA&MS and in crossfunctional organizations to gain support for proposed program solutions.
