Description
OVERALL RESPONSIBILITY (35 sentences) The Software QA Engineer will work with the development and QA teams to ensure product quality through automation using the TFS, Rational Suite, and any necessary performance testing tools to help validate the product. This individual will be determining data requirements, and then developing test data, validating data files, logging and retesting defects, and executing automated test scripts. This person can grow from an associate level to being able to independently script and execute automated and performance test cases; log, manage, and retest defects; create and execute automated test cases; develop comprehensive regression, interface, integration, and system tests. This person will also be responsible for the launch and configuration of the automation tools for new projects and is responsible for coordinating any load, performance, and stress testing. Required
