Description

Responsibilities include Establish the business analysis practice for OneAmerica
Understands business strategy and objectives by studying the business functions
Responsible for managing the core services offered by the BA Practice
Responsible for building the strategy for consistent practices, methods, tools, and knowledge management, Performance metrics, Process improvement
Support for overall strategic plan development
Align the practice with the overall growth and maturity of the practice, planning activities to obtain business value as early as possible, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, and considering applications, technology, security and lessons learned
Line management, support, coaching and personal development responsibilities for BA team
Develop Training and development plan for BA education and training by partnering with HR learning and development
Identify gaps in BA process and set standards/guidelines/goals for BA team to improve team efficiency
Hires, trains, develops a high performing team, and evaluates direct reports ensuring staff maintain and have opportunity to develop knowledge and skills necessary
