Top Three Skills SharePoint development, extensive custom development, understanding of SP layers foundation, standard, enterprise Job Description Transcendent is looking to add a SharePoint Architect to their team. They had someone leave after being with Transcendent for 5 years.
This person will be responsible for custom development on SharePoint. We are also looking for someone that can interface with the client; someone that can go to a client site with a sales person and talk at a technical level. They need to have a strong understanding of the different layers of SharePoint foundation, standard and enterprise. The versions of sharepoint will vary from customer to customer 20072013. This person will need to have experience with doing enterprise wide upgrades. This person will need to be able to manage and Design multiple large scale SharePoint projects simultaneously.
They will work in conjunction with project teams to accurately provide start to finish
SharePoint solutions to customers.
They should have experience with designing and implementing highavailability SharePoint Farms and corresponding Disaster Recovery Plans.
Additional Information Some of the custom work that Transcendent does with Sharepoint is they developed their own MS Project called RPMS this is a services that they sell to thier clients, they also sell custom control experiences such as a PTO calendar that they built from the ground up needs to be built and designed. Transcendent does a lot of custom work fo thier clients.
