Description

We are looking for a Sr. Business Systems Analyst with at least 8+ years of IT experience and Financial Services domain experience. This resource must have recent derivatives trading and risk management. They also must have experience with reporting tools like Tableau and Business Objects.

Responsibilities

• • Gather and document business requirements for the Risk Derivatives Reporting and Analytics needs. Including creating wireframes and modeling the associated data hat will be necessary to meet the reporting and analytic needs of the Risk Derivative front and back-office teams.
• • Work with Data Warehouse data analysts to model data in the consumption layers that is scalable and performant for reporting and analytical needs.
• • Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• • Conduct data analysis and validation.
• • Develop and maintain documentation.
• • Facilitate meetings and workshops including the ability to ask probing questions and get underlying requirements that are not always obvious.
• • Support and troubleshoot reporting and data warehouse issues.
• Desired Experience:
• • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.
• • Experience with self service reporting and analytical tools and the underlying data needs to make solutions performant. (Tableau, Business Objects, etc)
• • Experience with data warehousing concepts and technologies.
• • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
