• Responsibilities:
• • Design, implement, and maintain storage solutions based on Dell/EMC technologies including VMAX/PowerMax, Isilon, ECS, Data Domain, and Veritas NetBackup.
• • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess storage needs and develop efficient storage strategies.
• • Monitor and optimize storage performance to ensure high availability and reliability.
• • Troubleshoot and resolve storage-related issues in a timely manner.
• • Implement and maintain backup and disaster recovery solutions using Veritas NetBackup.
• • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in storage and backup technologies.
• Requirements:
• • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• • 2+ years of experience working with Dell/EMC storage technologies, including VMAX/PowerMax, Isilon, ECS, Data Domain, and Veritas NetBackup.
• • Strong understanding of storage concepts and protocols such as SAN, NAS, NFS, CIFS, iSCSI, Fibre Channel, etc.
• • Proficiency in configuring and managing storage arrays and storage networks.
• • Experience with backup and recovery solutions, particularly Veritas NetBackup.
• • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
