Responsibilities
- Support and manage storage environments, document internal and customer storage environments.
- Write and review change procedures, resolve performance/security/reliability issues.
- Configure and support EMC and Pure Storage environments.
- Develop and manage monitoring systems, support application deployments in storage environments.
- Participate in storage environment design and management, and drive to remote data centers for system setups.
