• At least 7 years of experience in Business Process Consulting, problem definition, Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes
• SAP SuccessFactors – Learning Management Solution Consultant with minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in implementing SF-LMS.
• Should have Strong hands-on experience in Configurations, Integrating SAP ECC with SuccessFactors LMS.
• Should have knowledge of BIRT reporting to create custom LMS reports, and Knowledge of SuccessFactors Content as a Service (iContent)
• Understand Business requirements and Recommend Best Practices of LMS and provide guidance to Business and implementation team.
• Should be Well versed with Connectors, Security/roles and APM.
