Java / TIBCO programmer / analyst to work on Allstate's enterprise web content management delivery team. Will perform detailed technical analysis of the current state of Allstate's Java/J2EE/TIBCO based content management tool, recommend technical / software development strategies for system improvements, and execute / develop the changes into the Java / TIBCO system.
