Description
Testing Group Leader is a senior member of the testing team with management responsibilities for a small group of testing engineers (38 people). The Group Leader is typically responsible for segments of the planning, design, and execution of tests as part of AT. You are expected to provide professional and technical leadership for the group. You will assist in the design, analysis and implementation of testing solutions; participate in client meetings; ensure that engagement work products and deliverables are of the highest quality to ensure client satisfaction; employees motivation, present conclusions and recommendations; and keep team members informed of project status.
