Description
The Business Intelligence Lead Applications Developer / Architect will lead development activities for applications supported by Sodexo Business Intelligence Data Analysis and Presentation development team. This position will have a primary focus in delivering Dashboard solutions and involve a high amount of customer interface and project management. Lead the design and development of complex dashboards utilizing BI technologies in Sodexo data warehouse environment. Participate in the design of the data architecture in support of the dashboard. Analyze / understand business and financial issues / objectives and translate them into technical specifications and applications. Work with quality assurance, help desk teams and within the Sodexo change control process. Provide 247 on call technical support for mission critical enterprise applications. Assist with planning and executing software upgrades / installations as needed, and must be able to function within Sodexho 3 tier
