This person Absolutely must have done Capacity Planning, troubleshooting and application profiling no exceptions. As well, Candidate must possess a working knowledge of network performance management and analysis tools including VitalNet and/or Concord NetHealth, Cisco Works, NetScout products and various protocol analyzers (sniffers, etc.). A familiarity with statistics, UNIX and Shell Script
