Description
Knowledge of the Windows family of operating systems including Windows Mobile 2003 and Windows Mobile 5 & 6 Knowledge of Palm operating systems. Prior experience with testing mobile devices; Basic understanding of Lotus Notes email client. Familiarity with at least one enterpriselevel mobile device management/synchronization application such as Good, Intellisync, or OneBridge. Experience deploying/supporting PPCs and BlackBerrys with scripting and other automation methods for the installation of software/hardware 23 years experience with mobile device support and troubleshooting. The ability to communicate with peers and management, both verbally and in writing; effectively plan and collaborate with others; and present ideas and new designs to senior technical personnel/management. Experience writing policies and procedures within a large complex enterprise
