MUST HAVE EXCELLENT WRITTEN AND VERBAL COMMUNICATIONS SKILLS Will collect business requirements, create work flows, perform metrics management, provide detailed as is and to be workflows or swim lanes for areas impacting all system change request, upgrades and replacements. Projects include Enhanced Revenue Cycles Back end billing (currently in the concept phase) and Self funding project (currently in the design phase). Health Insurance background is a must. Must have very good Visio skills. 6+yrs minimum experience as a Business Analyst
