Description
Proactively recommend Siebel and Sherlock upgrades, enhancements or new modules (i.e. CTI, PRM, Outlook Integration) which will improve scalability, maintainability, performance or enablement of business processes. Support system administration, monitoring, security for all CRM application environments. Active knowledge sharing in support of the development of technical skills in others. Develop and maintain strong relationships with CHEP Siebel and Sherlock stakeholders, primarily at user, manager, and director level. Significantly contribute to efforts to standardize and improve CHEP development, implementation, and support processes.
