Analytical able to identify appropriate measures to represent current, evolving and industry best practice business models. Interpret data from measures to determine trends, opportunities for improvement and recommend courses of action to advance customer service Identify practical processes and procedures to achieve organizational objectives Report and package information to convey complex ideas Present complex ideas to individuals at all levels of management Extreme Accuracy and consistency in production of reports and audits Develop and distribute adhoc report requests Develop and schedule distribution of ongoing reports / manage scheduled reports Maintain the data that is being reported, including normalizing, updating or deleting production data Periodically review report utilization to remove report schedules lacking utilization Ensure that the support department is always accessible to the customer by ensuring an open line of communication Occasionally ac
