LCMS is a learning content management system used to store O&T content, eLearning and other modules in the future. Perform required business analysis, support and testing The position reponsibilities include ongoing support of a Learning Content Management (LCMS) application in terms of patch application, review of server performance reports, compilation and management of trouble tickets working with Support and the vendor, first level analysis of application issues, environment management such as resetting the application server, refreshing databases as required. In addition, the position requires quality assurance and performance testing, updating of test scripts and development/maintenance of the LCMS intranet. The position will also perform business analsysis direct contact with business users to understand business requirement and determination of required solution.
