Solid understanding of all technologies supported in applications in DM's scope. Ability to interface and communicate effectively with toplevel management. Solid verbal and written communications skills. Excellent ability in setting goals/objectives, providing direction, and delegating. Understanding of, and ability to work with, the SEI CMMI framework. Superior motivation skills.
