Description Responsible for the definition, design, construction, integration, testing, and support of reliable and reusable software solutions, addressing business opportunities. Includes systems analysis, creation of specifications, coding, testing, and implementation of application programs and data interfaces. Includes development and maintenance work in SAS (Typical functions include statistical analysis, graphic presentation, or data set manipulation). Required Skills Fully qualified technical professional in all aspects of the role. Complete understanding and wide application of technical principle, theories, and concepts in the field. Contributes to the completion of specific programs and projects. Provides technical solutions to a wide range of technical problems. Works under general direction and independently determines/develops approach to solutions. Typical Experience Level 46 years
