Description
Engineering and designing call center soutions on the Nice call recording, Aspect WFM, eAssist/Omnifind, Avaya auto dialer, OnQ and Calltech platforms. Knowledge of PBX, CMS, TServer, Network and Server Builds. Coordinate with the appropriate cross impacted units and 3rd party suppliers to design and implement infrastructure solutions to support Contact Center projects. Assist Project Managers in the endtoend process for destination moves and hardware/software builds and upgrades.
