Assignment Details Ongoing support as team member of Collections and Customer Service Business Intelligence Group that serves to report on executive summary and detailed activity reporting, i.e. Key Performance Indicators and individual scorecards. Replace Cognos developer who maintains and builds new reporting solutions for department automation in Cognos 7 tools. Also assist with departmental conversion to Cognos 8 environment. Some MS Access work involved. Act as department expert in Cognos tools. Maintain promted (Impromptu) and cube (PowerPlay) reports, build new automation solutions in Cognos tools, and perform adhoc reporting as requested. Also assist department with production of daily and monthly scheduled reports. Work with Data Warehouse ITM to resolve data discrepancies as they arise, ensure reports are timely, accurate and uptodate, and create new solutions for new internal systems and processes as they are developed.
