Responsibilities of the role include (but are not limited to) skills in the following disciplines Business Process Analysis and Design Business Metrics CSF & KPI Business Process Modeling Business Functions Organization Design Organizational Modeling Business Architecture View and Viewpoint Design Value Chains Analysis and Decomposition Facilitation and Teamwork InterPersonal Skills, Oral and Written Communication Logical AnalysisQualificationsThe ideal candidate will possess the following credentials Bachelor's degree or equivalent and related experience 3+ years of experience in business process redesign and/or business process reengineering IT industry knowledge Ability to work with business reference models Experience in broad set of modeling methodologies, modeling tools and techniques Skills in Modeling Business Processes, Roles, Organizations Understanding of tying business value to process and process to infrastructure Solid leaders
