Description of the requested work, including deliverables and knowledge transfer The existing Filemaker Pro database system must be replaced by the Oracle database system. The Oracle database would be accessed by many users using the internet/intranet instead of the current access by two individuals at the Macintosh computer location. Information from the MOST database must be downloaded periodically into the Oracle database and would be used for forms input verification. Upon completion of the forms, the forms must be accessed by the telecommunications customer service center for implementation. The knowledge transferred from the remote users is a telephone service order and must be validated and stored in the Oracle database s well as the MOST billing system. Orders must be archived after implementation.
