Minimum Skills and Experience Candidate must be proficient in the following software/skills HTML CSS DHTML/XHTML AJAX Web 2.0 Flash (with Actionscript) JavaScript Dreamweaver PhotoshopFamiliar with but not required ASP.NET (Products are developed in .NET) Experience and/or familiarity w/Microsoft software standards Full command of crossbrowser/performance/webstandards issues; XML,Flash, AJAX, Knowledge of Flex and Silverlight a plus, but not a requirementCore Responsibilities Design and implement the user interface for our desktop software andwebbased applications using HTML, DHTML, CSS, JavaScript andPhotoshop Organize requirements into development tasks and execute Participate in requirement gathering and analysis activities Prioritize workload to meet deadlines for assignments in the coderelease schedule
