Experience with java technologies and frameworks applicable to presentation tier Strong background and understanding of open source and java technologies & frameworks (J2EE, JSP, JSF, Spring, Hibernate, Applets etc.) Hands on experience with web tier and client server communication protocols and messaging standards (XML, SOAP RPC...) Excellent communication & presentation skills Ability to manage development teams and supervise work Coordination with offshore design & development team to deliver the proof of concept / prototype
