Resource will be acting as a technical lead for the project. He will be helping in organizing development tasks for the project, assisting developers and consulting with them as needed, and also developing for the project should time permit.Complete Description Top level technical expert in one or more highly specialized phases of applications programming. Acts independently under general direction. Provides technical consulting on complex projects. Devises or modifies procedures to solve complex problems considering computer equipment capacity and limitations, operating time, and form of desired results. Responsible for program design, coding, testing, debugging, and documentation. Has full technical knowledge of all phases of applications programming.Behavior Characteristics Eight years of experience in programming and systems analysis.
