10+ years of full lifecycle and iterative development 3+ years of development using Java, .NET Framework (C#), JSP, EJB, Servlets, Javascript, XML, Messaging Experience with H.323, SIP, and MGCP Knowledge of SS7 protocol PBX/PABX and ACD systems Mastery of CTI middleware integration with Business Applications, such as CRM , ERP, Workforce Management, Message Boards, Outbound Dialing and Voice/Data Monitoring and Recording apps Competitive knowledge of companies such as Cisco, Avaya, Nortel, Aspect / Rockwell / Concerto, Genesys, Interactive Intelligence Experience with IVR Technologies including premise and carrier IVR systems Experience with XML and VXML Knowledge of (ASR) and (TTS) offerings Strong understanding of, experience with IP Telephony, including offerings from Cisco, Avaya Handson experience with carrier Intelligent Network services from companies such as AT&T, Sprint/Worldcom, including tollfree service, network routing, call forwarding and
