Description
Recreate issues found in production according to recommended testing steps in the defect Work with development to assure that fixes are tested properly Work with external parties to assure inputs are received and outputs are validated Work on high priority projects implemented directly into production Perform test planning for production scope changes and work with BAs to attain approval of test approach Required Qualifications Ability to work in complex and demanding environment and prioritize multiple business critical activities simultaneously Excellent written and oral communication skills 2+ years experience testing Ensemble (Telegence) 2+ years experience with testing methodology (test design and execution) 2+ years experience using the CSM module 2+ years experience running billing 1+ years experience using Unix 1+ years experience using SQL 1+ years experience with Mercury Quality Center
