Description
This position requires the engineer to Support the Symantec environment (email archiving and journal archive) Support the Exchange environment related to journaling Troubleshoot problems (product, client, server or discovery) including creating and working trouble tickets and chaperoning issues through to final resolution Analyze product patches, service pack release upgrades and version upgrades and determine their applicability and urgency in the Pfizer environment Implement, test, verify and update product patches, service pack releases and new versions Work with clients having issues with the product until resolution Work with departments requesting email discovery activities Work with other departments to resolve server, storage and/or network issues Comply with all of Pfizer
