Description
Requires 10 years of ITAM consulting experience process and procedure definition).Deep product configuration experience with a global HP Openview AssetCenter (OVAC) 4.4.2/5.02 solution. A minimum of 8 years of experience on this product and its different revisions.In depth knowledge of the existing Johnson Controls and HP managed services ITAM processes (i.e., Lease Refresh, Invoicing, IMAC) are required. Responsibilities include product best practices and product configuration in License Management, Software Utilization, Managed Services Invoicing/Billing, Procurement (Request to Receipt), Stock Management, Lease Refresh and Lease Contract Management. Development experience in customizing wizards, report generation and customization of OV AC financial package. Must have System integration experience with Altiris HW & SW Inventory, Must have System integration experience with Remedy ARS to streamline IMAC proces
