Description
This position is to provide project and program management, responsibilities including tracking from change management and budget coordination for projects within Capital Market's Reengineering. Monitor and manage crossproject dependencies among multiple concurrent projects that leverage the TIBCO SOA Infrastructure Share best practices, lessons learned and new tools and techniques across the group. Perform project audits to assure effective completion of results Integrates and monitors project performance measurements Ensures the projects are following the Fannie Mae established standard and compliance. Work closely with other project managers to track project resources and budget Produces and provides regular status reporting and presentations for management 3 5 years of direct project management experience with progressively more complex programs 10 years of experience in IT, SOA Experience a plus Team player and ability to work effectiv
