Required Skills and Experience 3yrs+ IT experience in supporting a SMS 2003 environment Working knowledge of SMS Client Health, that is the ability to Troubleshoot SMS client computers Read and comprehend the SMS client and server log files Working knowledge of SMS Admin Console features & functions Creation of Collections, Packages, Advertisements, Queries, Reporting Testing and Troubleshooting Packages Monitoring Advertisement Status Working knowledge of the Inventory Tool for Microsoft Updates (ITMU) and SMS Software Updates Good communication and listening skills Good interpersonal skills Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks Analytical and problem solving skills Comfortable working in a team environment Must be a self starter and be able to use a high degree of initiative Desired Skills Microsoft Active Directory Wise Package Studio Windows Installer VB scripting
