Description
Software Test Manger is responsible for managing multiple teams of software test engineers. Manage the teams to perform at or above the customers expectations, managing the companys relationship with each individual engineer, assigning engineers to projects and creating career development opportunities for all team members. Responsible for managing continual software test improvement efforts (both technical and process improvements). Identify areas for improvement, setting the vision and goals of each improvement effort, collaborating with test managers and engineers on improvements, training, implementing, prioritizing and measuring the effectiveness of improvement efforts. Responsible for managing software test efforts in support of several products and multiple projects for each product. Primary point of contact for product level information, specifying what process each test effort will follow, specifying the tools that test will use for each project, tracking test
