Required skills Excellent oral and written communication skills and able to produce required technical and/or procedural (SOX) documentation. Experience working with packaged (Oracle Application/AR) and custom software applications Excellent customer facing abilities and experience Ability to logically analyze and resolve complex problems Ability to be productive working independently or as part of a team 3+ years working with Oracle Applications (Financials/AR 11i) in analyst role for support and enhancement Operating Systems UNIX & Wintel Database/Tools Oracle RDBMS (Version 7,8,9,10) , MS Access Tools Quality Center, Documentum, Perforce, Toad, Clarify Languages Oracle SQLPlus (PL/SQL knowledge a plus)
