Description
The Business Analyst must be skilled in functional and data requirements gathering ,analysis, and design. The candidate must posses the skills to document and translate the requirements into Enterprise Data Warehousing solutions to solve business issues or needs. They will be expected to quickly understand the business need, seek out existing EDW assets, perform gap analyses, and formulate a strategy to deliver the solution. They will also be expected to provide quality assurance support in testing and delivering the solution.The successful candidate will have to be comfortable working concurrently on several different projects with diverse business units. They will report to one or more project managers. To be successful at Ryder, the candidate must be innovative, build upon our current infrastructure/solutions, and flexible.
