Description
7+ years of experience as a Test Designer, Test Analyst, or Business Analyst within Quality Control or Quality Assurance with a focus in both software and infrastructure projects. Extensive experience designing test approach for functional and performance testing of several large projects with at least two of the following types of technologies Siebel CRM or other large scale COTS applications (e.g. SAP) Oracle SOA VoIP (SIP and H.323) Genesys Voice Platform (VoiceXML for IVR automation) NICE Contact Center Applications In addition to the above, at least three of these (in order of relevance) Certifications such as CSTE, CSQA, CSPM, Six Sigma, or CQM are a plus Rational Unified Process (RUP) or other Software Development Lifecycles (SDLC) Automated Test Lifecycle Methodology (ATLM), Six Sigma, ITIL, or the Capability Maturity Model Serena (PVCS) Dimensions Test Director or Quality Center VBScript, Java, or other scripting languages SQL Load Runner and Pe
