Description
Business System Analyst for Customs Brokerage Application team. Ability to formulate and define systems scope and objectives based on user needs and knowledge and understanding of applicable business systems and industry requirements. Responsible for devising, defining and modifying systems, processes and procedures to solve complex problems.Understanding of US Customs Brokerage, Excellent system analysis skills including SDLC methodology and testing knowledge. Ability to work with operational users and programmers to plan, define, troubleshoot, and support required system development. Experienced in production support and quality assurance testing.Excellent Oral/Written communications, planning, organizing, decision making,problem solving, initiative skills. Fluent verbal English skills are required.
