Description
The Systems Analyst must be technical, and therefore Business Analysts may or may not be qualified based on their handson technical experience.Prepare detailed system requirements and specifications and participate in the development of system solution design for existing and new capabilities. Primary accountabilities include analysis and design activities, UML modeling, facilitating JAR/JAD sessions, and working with other analysts to detail use cases and analysis models. Requirements gathering and analysis, Use Case, UML, RUP, SDLC process, MS Applications. Candidates must have a minimum of either Use Case and RUP experience or Healthcare and DIAMOND experience.Prefer that candidates have modeling experience with either RSA (Rational Software Architect) or Rose.Healthcare Experience DIAMOND System ExperienceProject Management
