Technical Skills Needed Portal development using Websphere Portal Server v5, v6 and J2EE technologiesExperience migrating from WPS v5 to v6.Rational Application Developer (RAD) Clear Case Opsware LDAP Soft Skills NeededExcellent interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to work under pressure, to use own initiative, and be a good team player.Sound general IT skills with working knowledge of windows, UNIX/LINUX etc.Knowledge of web accessibility guidelines and browser issues.Must be flexible.Able to multitask.Take ownership of assigned tasks.
