Description
Fills the role of primary support for day to day administration, maintenance, backups, troubleshooting, tuning, development and planning of several Clustered SQL 2005 databases. Works with the support staff to ensure high availability, reliability, and useability of these database clusters. Involvement with the development staff with respect to best practices, troubleshooting of database related issues, performance tuning of queries/procedures/functions/assemblies. A willingness and capacity to take on new challenges and work with support staff/developers to find solutions for complex issues.
