8 years of experience in managing Test Teams Experience in developing Test Strategy, Test Planning and Test Engineering MS Windows and DOS scripting Knowledge of software development lifecycle Knowledge of software version control system (VSS or Subversion preferred) Project management skills o Experience with hardware and bios testing o C or C++ development knowledge Job Description Manage and coordinate resources involved in Test Scripting, Software Configuration and Test Development Assist test team staff in developing test strategy Testing is performed using proprietary test automation tools Work with multiple development teams Work with other groups to gather requirements, document required interfaces, understand priorities and develop schedule Create and maintain project plan for test scripting, test development, configuration and test execution
