Description
Primary function is to help migrate Windows servers from Hightstown Data Center, HTS toEast Windsor Data Center, EWDC. Provide Windows server installation, configuration, and daytodaysupport. Performs Windows troubleshooting to isolate and diagnose common problems. Upgrades Windowshardware and software components as required. Provides users with Windows technical support.Responds to needs and questions of users concerning their access of Windows resources. Installs andtests necessary software and hardware. Install and updates Antivirus software. Work closely withlocal team to support Windows, Solaris, and Unix servers located in Ohio, NJ, and New York.
