Description
Develops and prepares computer systems requirements and develops procedures to process data. Analyzes functional problems and determines techniques and requirements most feasible for processing the data. Prepares definition of functional problems and makes recommendations for equipment and/ or software to deliver solutions. Develops analytical reports or other products. Seeking senior analyst with heavy rating and WINS experience. 3 years minumim Insurance Property and Casuality insurance background. Must write extremely well. Create test plans and test cases. Data flow diagrams and functional specifications, use cases is needed. Person must face off with business. WINS System is a plus.
