Description
Responsible for gathering requirements, developing and maintaining complex analytical reports and dashboards Provide training, support, and best practices for Adhoc Query users and Report Authors Excellent communication skills and presentation skills. Ability to work with and present to all levels of client management. Ensures documentation, jobs and programs for production turnover and migration follow production turnover standard. Helps troubleshoot and resolve incidents based on alerts and data gathered/trends. Must present examples of data presentation, reports, dashboard, etc to interviewing managers. Reports project status to Project/Program Will be customer facing role. This is for Actuate Reporting but will consider training for individual with Crystal reports depending on candidate pool.
