Technical skills EAI(Enterprise application Integration tools such as Integration Objects, Virtual Business Components, External Business Components, XML) EScript or Java script, Unix and Windows shell scripting Experience in Siebel 6 and 7 database models, server architecture and Siebel Server Administration Oracle PL/SQL EIM Duties Serve as second level support backup for the DC Siebel call center application and Siebel Analytics Provide customization on a project by project basis for the Diabetes Care Siebel 7.8 applications Utilize Siebel Enterprise Integration Manager to load data as required Ability to mentor entrylevel Siebel developer in configuration
