CoreJava / J2EE architect. Must have experience and understanding of PL/SQL and tuning applications, Oracle, Ajax, XML / XSLT, broad experience in IT overall and very strong in Java programming as well. Good communication skills and leadership experience.Basically should be able to lead a team of developers & able to guide and interact with clients understanding their requirements for customization of the software product.
