Qualified candidates will exhibit the following Proven problem solving abilities/critical thinking skills required Excellent written and oral communication skills requiredProven project management experience on large telecom projects requiredExperience developing detailed project plans/schedules, resource plans, and budget estimates requiredExposure to data communication infrastructure requiredAbility to work with internal customers and vendors simultaneously requiredExperience managing other people strongly preferredBachelor's degree strongly preferredExposure to Avaya PBX Architecture strongly preferredExposure to CMS, IVRs, Vectors, or Call Centers strongly preferredExposure to voice mail systems strongly preferredExposure to CTI strongly preferred
