Description
Bachelors degree and equivalent business experience Minimum of 3 5 years test management experience including largescale project implementations. Demonstrated working knowledge of largescale development projects Broad focus and understanding of how all aspects of the project testing impact one another Ability to maintain big picture while driving for specific results Ability to understand the broad view of the QA/Implementation process and to share that knowledge with those will be impacted Demonstrated working knowledge of multiplatform and highly integrated applications Experience with QA Testing Concepts and methodologies Understanding of large scale data conversions Strong project management skills including ability to create and maintain work plans, lead team members and direct testing tasks Strong organizational and communication skills
