Knowledge in a large data processing operations environment and have demonstrated expertise in at least one of the main areas of support. Must be proficient in the following tools and systems Mainframe (required), AS/400 (required), Unix (preferred), Networking, CA7 (preferred), Robot (preferred), JCL, UC4 (preferred), SAP (preferred).
